CAPEC-60DetailedDraft
Reusing Session IDs (aka Session Replay)
This attack targets the reuse of valid session ID to spoof the target system in order to gain privileges. The attacker tries to reuse a stolen session ID used previously during a transaction to perform spoofing and session hijacking. Another name for this type of attack is Session Replay.

CWE-200
The product exposes sensitive information to an actor that is not explicitly authorized to have access to that information.
CWE-285
The product does not perform or incorrectly performs an authorization check when an actor attempts to access a resource or perform an action.
CWE-290
This attack-focused weakness is caused by incorrectly implemented authentication schemes that are subject to spoofing attacks.
CWE-294
A capture-replay flaw exists when the design of the product makes it possible for a malicious user to sniff network traffic and bypass authentication by replaying it to the server in question to the same effect as the original message (or w
CWE-346
The product does not properly verify that the source of data or communication is valid.
CWE-384
Authenticating a user, or otherwise establishing a new user session, without invalidating any existing session identifier gives an attacker the opportunity to steal authenticated sessions.
CWE-488
The product does not sufficiently enforce boundaries between the states of different sessions, causing data to be provided to, or used by, the wrong session.
CWE-539
The web application uses persistent cookies, but the cookies contain sensitive information.
CWE-664
The product does not maintain or incorrectly maintains control over a resource throughout its lifetime of creation, use, and release.
CWE-732
The product specifies permissions for a security-critical resource in a way that allows that resource to be read or modified by unintended actors.

CVE-2026-9508Incorrect permission settings on a critical resource in Suprema BioStar 2 (versions 2.9.3 through 2.9.11) that allow backup files to be publicly exposed when the administrator configures their path within the NGINX webroot. This vulnerability allows an attacker with network access to directly download backup ZIP files via ‘http(s)://[server]/download/…’ without requiring authentication. This exposes highly sensitive information that can lead to server impersonation, unauthorized access to databases, and lateral movement.
CVE-2026-6213A vulnerability in Remote Spark SparkView before build 1122 allows an attacker to bypasses the local connection check and achieve arbitrary code execution as root on the server side. Depending on implementation the vulnerability can be exploited by an unauthenticated attacker.
CVE-2026-42901Origin validation error in Microsoft Entra ID allows an unauthorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network.
CVE-2026-40965Cloud Foundry UAA versions v76.12.0 through v78.12.0 are vulnerable to a private key exposure. The server contains a vulnerability where EC (Elliptic Curve) private keys are inadvertently exposed through the public /token_keys endpoint. This endpoint is designed to provide public key material for JWT token verification but incorrectly exposes private key components for EC keys. The vulnerability affects deployments using EC keys for JWT token signing. The vulnerability does not affect RSA key configurations, only deployments using EC keys for JWT signing.
Affected versions:
- uaa_release: v76.12.0 through v78.12.0 (inclusive); fixed in v78.13.0 or later
- CF Deployment: v30.0.0 through v56.0.0 (inclusive); fixed in v56.1.0 or later (bundles uaa_release v78.13.0)
CVE-2026-25893FUXA is a web-based Process Visualization (SCADA/HMI/Dashboard) software. Prior to 1.2.10, an authentication bypass vulnerability in FUXA allows an unauthenticated, remote attacker to gain administrative access via the heartbeat refresh API and execute arbitrary code on the server. This issue has been patched in FUXA version 1.2.10.
CVE-2026-25885PolarLearn is a free and open-source learning program. In 0-PRERELEASE-16 and earlier, the group chat WebSocket at wss://polarlearn.nl/api/v1/ws can be used without logging in. An unauthenticated client can subscribe to any group chat by providing a group UUID, and can also send messages to any group. The server accepts the message and stores it in the group’s chatContent, so this is not just a visual spam issue.
CVE-2026-22240The vulnerability exists in BLUVOYIX due to an improper password storage implementation and subsequent exposure via unauthenticated APIs. An unauthenticated remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted HTTP requests to the vulnerable users API to retrieve the plaintext passwords of all user users. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could allow the attacker to gain full access to customers' data and completely compromise the targeted platform by logging in using an exposed admin email address and password.
CVE-2026-22237The vulnerability exists in BLUVOYIX due to the exposure of sensitive internal API documentation. An unauthenticated remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted HTTP requests to the APIs exposed by the documentation. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could allow the attacker to cause damage to the targeted platform by abusing internal functionality.
CVE-2026-0072In addInputMethodListener of com.android.server.inputmethod.InputMethodManagerService, there is a missing permission check. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
CVE-2025-69426The Ruckus vRIoT IoT Controller firmware versions prior to 3.0.0.0 (GA) contain hardcoded credentials for an operating system user account within an initialization script. The SSH service is network-accessible without IP-based restrictions. Although the configuration disables SCP and pseudo-TTY allocation, an attacker can authenticate using the hardcoded credentials and establish SSH local port forwarding to access the Docker socket. By mounting the host filesystem via Docker, an attacker can escape the container and execute arbitrary OS commands as root on the underlying vRIoT controller, resulting in complete system compromise.
CVE-2025-61481An issue in MikroTik RouterOS v.7.14.2 and SwOS v.2.18 exposes the WebFig management interface over cleartext HTTP by default, allowing an on-path attacker to execute injected JavaScript in the administrator’s browser and intercept credentials.
CVE-2025-53624The Docusaurus gists plugin adds a page to your Docusaurus instance, displaying all public gists of a GitHub user. docusaurus-plugin-content-gists versions prior to 4.0.0 are vulnerable to exposing GitHub Personal Access Tokens in production build artifacts when passed through plugin configuration options. The token, intended for build-time API access only, is inadvertently included in client-side JavaScript bundles, making it accessible to anyone who can view the website's source code. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.0.0.
CVE-2025-49752Azure Bastion Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability
CVE-2025-34063A cryptographic authentication bypass vulnerability exists in OneLogin AD Connector prior to 6.1.5 due to the exposure of a tenant’s SSO JWT signing key via the /api/adc/v4/configuration endpoint. An attacker in possession of the signing key can craft valid JWT tokens impersonating arbitrary users within a OneLogin tenant. The tokens allow authentication to the OneLogin SSO portal and all downstream applications federated via SAML or OIDC. This allows full unauthorized access across the victim’s SaaS environment.
CVE-2025-29270Incorrect access control in the realtime.cgi endpoint of Deep Sea Electronics devices DSE855 v1.1.0 to v1.1.26 allows attackers to gain access to the admin panel and complete control of the device.
