CVE-2026-45772Turborepo is a high-performance build system for JavaScript and TypeScript codebases. From 1.1.0 to before 2.9.14, Turborepo can be vulnerable to arbitrary code execution when run in untrusted repositories that contain malicious Yarn configuration. In affected versions, package manager detection executed yarn --version from the project directory, which could cause Yarn to load and execute a project-controlled yarnPath from .yarnrc.yml. An attacker who controls repository contents could cause code execution when a user or CI system runs affected turbo, @turbo/codemod, or @turbo/workspace conversion commands. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.9.14.
CVE-2025-26155NCP Secure Enterprise Client 13.18 and NCP Secure Entry Windows Client 13.19 have an Untrusted Search Path vulnerability.

CVE-2024-35260An authenticated attacker can exploit an untrusted search path vulnerability in Microsoft Dataverse to execute code over a network.
CVE-2023-38408The PKCS#11 feature in ssh-agent in OpenSSH before 9.3p2 has an insufficiently trustworthy search path, leading to remote code execution if an agent is forwarded to an attacker-controlled system. (Code in /usr/lib is not necessarily safe for loading into ssh-agent.) NOTE: this issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2016-10009.
CVE-2023-30330SoftExpert (SE) Excellence Suite 2.x versions before 2.1.3 is vulnerable to Local File Inclusion in the function /se/v42300/generic/gn_defaultframe/2.0/defaultframe_filter.php.
CVE-2023-26036ZoneMinder is a free, open source Closed-circuit television software application for Linux which supports IP, USB and Analog cameras. Versions prior to 1.36.33 and 1.37.33 contain a Local File Inclusion (Untrusted Search Path) vulnerability via /web/index.php. By controlling $view, any local file ending in .php can be executed. This is supposed to be mitigated by calling detaintPath, however dentaintPath does not properly sandbox the path. This can be exploited by constructing paths like "..././", which get replaced by "../". This issue is patched in versions 1.36.33 and 1.37.33.
CVE-2022-3734A vulnerability was found in a port or fork of Redis. It has been declared as critical. This vulnerability affects unknown code in the library C:/Program Files/Redis/dbghelp.dll. The manipulation leads to uncontrolled search path. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The real existence of this vulnerability is still doubted at the moment. The identifier of this vulnerability is VDB-212416. NOTE: The official Redis release is not affected. This issue might affect an unofficial fork or port on Windows only.
CVE-2022-26184Poetry v1.1.9 and below was discovered to contain an untrusted search path which causes the application to behave in unexpected ways when users execute Poetry commands in a directory containing malicious content. This vulnerability occurs when the application is ran on Windows OS.

CVE-2025-65078An untrusted search path vulnerability has been identified in the Embedded Solutions Framework in various Lexmark devices. This vulnerability can be leveraged by an attacker to execute arbitrary code.
CVE-2025-39666Local privilege escalation in Checkmk 2.2.0 (EOL), Checkmk 2.3.0 before 2.3.0p46, Checkmk 2.4.0 before 2.4.0p25, and Checkmk 2.5.0 (beta) before 2.5.0b3 allows a site user to escalate their privileges to root, by manipulating files in the site context that are processed when the `omd` administrative command is run by root.
CVE-2024-58250The passprompt plugin in pppd in ppp before 2.5.2 mishandles privileges.
