NPM package query-parser-string 1.0.0 is vulnerable to Prototype Pollution. The package does not properly sanitize user supplied query parameters and merges them to the newly created object.
The product receives input from an upstream component that specifies attributes that are to be initialized or updated in an object, but it does not properly control modifications of attributes of the object prototype.
